Jess saves our sanity by taking care of all the behind-the-scenes tasks that we don't know how to do. And she makes it look easy.
Jess is the mom to four teenagers and secretly uses Cari's strategies on them.
In her free time, Jess runs her own business (including "retiring" her husband so he can work for her), teaches a course so others can learn her kind of magic, and joyfully attends an unspeakable number of her kids' sporting events each week.
