Personalized parent coaching for people who love their kids,
have tried everything, and need help figuring out what to do next.
Understand what’s really happening, create a practical plan for your family,
and make parenting feel calmer, clearer, and a lot less lonely.

I’m a third-generation Atlantan who has also lived and taught in Jerusalem, Boston, and Milan. These days, I live in Atlanta with my partner of more than three decades and our perfect pup, Willow. We’re the parents of two remarkable young adults who have taught me at least as much as I’ve taught them.
When I’m not coaching, I’m likely traveling, making something with my hands,
or reading several books at once for reasons that remain unclear even to me.
If you’re looking for clear thinking, practical help, genuine kindness, and someone who can help you find a way forward without making you feel like garbage about how you got here, I’ve got you.
Let’s figure it out together.
You’ve explained calmly. Set boundaries. Tried being firmer, gentler, more consistent, less reactive, and possibly an entirely different person before breakfast.
And yet, here you are.
Maybe every request becomes a negotiation. One wrong move can tip the whole household into chaos. Or maybe nothing is dramatically “wrong.” Family life just feels much harder than you think it should, and you’re tired of wondering whether you’re making it worse.
Generic advice cannot solve a deeply personal problem.
Your child isn’t generic, and neither are you. You won't find vague parenting tips here. You'll get clarity and a plan built for your family and your real life.
That’s where we come in.

We talk.
You tell us what’s actually happening (not the cleaned-up version you think you’re supposed to tell someone).
We connect the dots.
We look beneath the behavior at the needs, triggers, relationships, and patterns driving it.
We make a plan.
Together, we make an individualized, actionable plan rooted in research and 30+ years of experience.
No judgment. No canned scripts.
No pretending that actual families behave like hypothetical people in parenting books (or reels!)

You’ve spent enough time worrying, researching, replaying conversations, and wondering what you should have done differently.
Let’s talk about what’s happening now and what could help next.
The Exploration Call is an honest conversation about your family, the support you need, and whether working together feels like the next right move.
